The HELI CBD20J-Li3 is the pallet truck that breaks the rules. Normally, to lift 2,000 kg, you are forced to purchase large and heavy machines. With this model, HELI has kept the agile and compact chassis of the J series, while upgrading the core system to 48V.

• High Voltage System (48V): The jump from 24V to 48V guarantees higher driving torque and better energy efficiency. The truck handles ramps and heavy loads with a responsiveness that 24V models cannot match.

• 2-Ton Capacity: Despite its compact size, the reinforced frame allows handling pallets up to 2,000 kg, making it ideal for heavy unloading in confined spaces (such as inside trucks).

• Lithium “Easy Swap” Battery: Equipped with a 48V / 20Ah lithium battery. It is extremely lightweight and can be removed in seconds (like a suitcase). Thanks to the external charger, you can charge the battery anywhere while leaving the pallet truck parked where needed.

• Safety and Stability: Even though compact, safety is not compromised. The Balance Wheels (side stabilizing wheels) prevent load tipping during turns, which is essential when handling 2 tons.
