Shipping

In the interest of maximum transparency and service, we offer free shipping across our entire catalog to all European Union countries. Our logistics operations are based in Italy, and we commit to preparing and handing your orders over to the courier within 72 working hours. Under normal conditions, you can expect to receive your goods at the specified address within 2–6 business days. If your order includes pre-order products, shipping will start from the specific date indicated on the product page.

Transport Management

For standard shipments, we rely on established partners such as DHL and GLS.
For large or bulky items (such as pallet trucks, stackers, or lift tables), transport is carried out using heavy-duty vehicles.

For these deliveries, please note that carriers operate Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We kindly ask you to ensure that the delivery location is attended and easily accessible to large vehicles (up to 16.5 meters in length). A suitable unloading area helps avoid delays and additional costs related to possible second delivery attempts.

Goods unloading requirements

Delivery methods vary depending on the size of the purchased equipment.

  • For standard products (weight up to 1,000 kg and height below 2.2 meters), delivery is usually made with trucks equipped with a hydraulic liftgate, making unloading simple and independent.
  • For large machinery (height above 2.2 meters or lifting capacity over 3.5 meters), the customer must provide a loading ramp or a forklift.


If you do not have the necessary equipment to unload heavy vehicles, our customer service team can arrange special transport solutions (such as low-bed trailers or vehicles with integrated forklifts) upon request, with a small additional charge.

Tracking and Support

Every shipment is fully trackable. As soon as your package leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your order in real time..
