Information on the right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, we grant our customers acting as private consumers the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons purchasing for purposes unrelated to their professional or commercial activity; therefore, professionals and companies (B2B sector) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Terms and conditions for exercising the right

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the moment the customer (or a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier) physically receives the goods. In the case of orders delivered separately, the deadline starts from the receipt of the last item.

You may use the standard withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before the end of the 14-day period.

Effects of withdrawal and refunds

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from the choice of express or non-standard delivery methods).

The refund will be made within 14 days from the moment we receive the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been shipped.

Return of goods and responsibility

The goods must be returned or delivered to our premises without undue delay and within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

Please note that the consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. To ensure the integrity of the product, we recommend:

  • Avoiding damage or contamination.

  • Returning the item in its original packaging, complete with accessories and protective materials.

  • Using adequate external packaging for transport if the original packaging is not available.

  • Please note: Do not return the goods independently using your own courier without first agreeing on the details with us.
